For more than 30 years Imporey International headquartered in Monterrey, Mexico has been a leader in importing and commercializing consumer products for the Mexican market. The company has over 4,000 active SKUs in more than 20 categories which include electronics, furniture, alcoholic beverages, sportswear, and many more.
In the company’s continuous efforts to reach new customers and markets, the organization created new online sales channels for Mexico, the USA, and Europe. During the COVID-19 pandemic, online sales increased by over 300% and brought multiple operational challenges to ensure fulfillment, proper inventory management across the organization, as well as invoicing and bookkeeping inefficiencies.
We made a business assessment for Imporey Internacional to evaluate possible improvements for their operation. After that, we developed a custom web platform to manage and centralize inventory management across all sales channels. Our relationship with Imporey continues as they have improved their system and others aspects of their operation.
